Questback wanted to display their product as a modern one and gain an advantage over its competitors, thus they needed to update the tool used to create the surveys. Years of incremental improvements had lead different looks for differences products. Which also made it difficult to make changes.
Together with a design firm we created a new graphical style for the product, and implemented a complete update of the looks for the entire solution.
The visual update was well received and Questback received much praise from their customers.
Together with Questback we made new functionality and introduced modern web technology to make the tool easier to use and easier to extend in the future. Among other things we replaced all stylesheets with a more structured and robust version.
In addition, we helped Questback to improve their process for working with visual impressions in the future, and with new functionality. We produced a styleguide that describes how things should look, how they should function, and how they should be programmed. In this way the styleguide makes it easier for Questback to work with design in the future, so that new functionality follows the visual style they have selected and ensures consistency both now and in the future for their users.
